چکیده
There is an urgent need to explore and analyze new aquifer recharge potential zones (ARPZ) in arid regions exposed mainlyto hard rock local aquifers, whether fractured or non-fractured, for investment fulfillment of the Saudi Vision 2030. Over-pumping, seawater intrusion, climatological changes, population growth, lack traditional water supplies, expensive desalinized water, excessive evaporation have characterized Duba region Tabuk province Arabia (SA). Aquifer productivity potentiality are affected by surface geology, rainfall, lineament density, drainage slope, elevation, soil, normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI). This study aims demarcate ARPZ using integrated remote sensing geographic information system (GIS) (RS) approaches. The relative importance each parameter was determined based on its impact aquifer’s through analytical hierarchical process (AHP). categorized into five classes starting from very low high potentiality. Southern, western, northern areas recharge. They made up roughly 43% area that examined. About 41.8% research comprised groundwater potentiality, this dispersed over western central region. medium level reflects about 15.2%. coincide with concentrations total dissolved solids (TDS), electrical conductivity (EC), nitrate (NO3). outcomes emphasized decisiveness entire applicability any place similar aspirations management.

The primary objective of the current study is to produce karstification potentiality maps in northeast of Khuzestan province, Iran, using both fuzzy logic and AHP models as an additional tool in hydrogeological research. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) are used to create two maps depicting the development of the karstification, consisting of five classes, showing th...

In the face of rapid growth of the population and the need for food production sectors, one of the ways to achieve this is to increase the production per unit area. In modern agriculture, the preparation of soil fertility map seems to be necessary to plan for appropriate use of fertilizers for crops. This study was conducted to prepare a distinct map for evaluating the soil fertility according ...
